ENGLISH FOR FAMILIES

Families who wish to come together to study English have three options:

1. You can stay in a high quality apartment in Bristol and have 1:1 or 2:1 lessons at our school

2. You can stay with a teacher who can accommodate a small family group in his / her home

3. We can recommend Millfield School for children aged 6-17 with parents living and studying with a teacher in the South West region.

English + Apartment Stays for Families

Enjoy a study-holiday in Bristol with your family or partner!

We offer English tuition at our school combined with self-catering accommodation in premium serviced apartments in Bristol.

Our courses include

• Accommodation in self-catering apartment in Bristol (minimum 6 night stay from Sunday to Saturday)

The minimum number of hours tuition is 15 hours per week per booking.

Accommodation

• You can choose between a studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments in central Bristol locations.

• All apartments include: cable TV, DVD player and library, broadband, telephone, all appliances and weekly cleaning.

Fees

Fees are for one week courses from Sunday to Saturday.

Apartments are for six nights Sunday to Saturday

Tuition fees:

Terms and Conditions

BOOKING: Bookings are only accepted on receipt of a £200 deposit for tuition and a 25% deposit for apartment accommodation. These deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

PAYMENT OF FEES: Full payment of fees must be paid not later than four weeks before the course starts. If you make a late booking, full payment must be made in full immediately.

CANCELLATIONS: If you cancel your booking before the final balance is due, (4 weeks before the course starts) you will lose only your deposits. After this time, the following fees are payable: between 28 and 15 days of the start of the course 80% of the total fees, within 14 days of the start of the course 100% of the total fees.

CHANGE OF COURSE DOCUMENTS: If you make any changes to your course after your course documents have been issued, we reserve the right to make a £75 administration charge to re-book the course and issue new documents.

INSURANCE: Living Learning English offers you FREE travel insurance with Studentguard+. Your insurance policy will be issued with your course booking documents. Cover commences as soon as you leave home on the first day and ends when you reach home on the last day of your trip.

APARTMENT SECURITY DEPOSIT

In addition to your payment of the price of the apartment you will be required to pay a security deposit of £250.00 against any additional expenses you may incur and any damage to the apartment suffered during your stay. The most likely expenses are telephone charges, but you may also wish to purchase some of our additional services, e.g. shopping.
