09/05/2013 LLE ANNUAL TEACHER DEVELOPMENT DAY

Living Learning English held its 5th Teacher Development Day recently on 9th May and thanks to all the presenters, teachers and publishers, it was a great success! The day in Bristol is held every year to give LLE home tuition teachers the opportunity to network, learn new skills and keep up to date with current trends in ELT. This year more than 60 teachers travelled from all over the UK to attend the event. Highlights of the day included the plenary session run by Jeremy Harmer discussing 6 key issues facing English language teachers today and breakout sessions by Pete Sharma on using technology in 1:1 teaching and Ian Badger on understanding real Business English as it is spoken.
