English for Exams
On a Living Learning English Examinations course, we offer a thorough preparation for your English exams by an experienced teacher. In addition, you will have timed exam practice and an assessment of your predicted grade.
You can study for:
English exams offered in your country - for example, the Abitur exam (Germany) or Baccalaureate (France). In addition to grammar, reading, writing, listening and speaking skills, you can also study English Literature. Please advise us in advance which books you are studying.
IELTS - the preferred English language qualification for UK and Australian universities. We prepare you for all four modules - reading, writing, listening and speaking.
TOEFL - the preferred English language qualification for universities in the USA and Canada. You will study North American English and practise the multiple choice format of exam questions.
TOEIC - this exam is used by institutions, companies, and government agencies worldwide to measure the English proficiency of non-native English speaking people.
Cambridge EFL Examinations - PET (Preliminary English Test); FCE (First Certificate in English); CAE (Certificate of Advanced English); and CPE (Certificate of Proficiency in English).
SSAT (Secondary School Admissions Test) which is a test designed to help determine placement into independent or private junior high and high schools in the USA or Canada.
