Business Administrator / Travel Coordinator

Living Learning English is a very well-established, successful English language organisation located in Bristol city centre. With a reputation for high quality courses and customer service, LLE manages a large team of teachers across the UK from its headquarters delivering home tuition Business English courses to senior executives, General and Academic English courses to adults and young learners. In addition, we have a reputable and accredited Educational Guardianship service for international students studying at boarding schools in the UK. The Guardianship service complements our English language homestay course provision and the company employs 12 staff in total at our Head Office in Bristol.
Working as a part of a team the Business Administrator will co-ordinate student travel arrangements and provide administrative support to the Guardianship and Finance teams providing a best in class student experience through excellence in customer service combined with efficient and effective administration.
Experience of a high volume of administration and good organisational skills, attention to detail critical
Good working knowledge of MS Office (word, excel, outlook), the Internet and working with databases
Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner to manage students, teachers, agents, travel companies and their drivers
Excellent customer service skills, problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to build relationships and trust with students, agents, teachers and travel companies
Ability to take initiative, to work independently and in a team
Ability to stay calm under pressure
Excellent written communication skills
Educated to at least A level standard
Experience of working in the travel industry, an international company or educational field (desirable)
Knowledge and understanding of the needs of international students and safeguarding (desirable)
Knowledge of foreign language(s) (desirable)
Salary in the region of £18,000 depending on qualifications and experience
